As part of our recent business mission, the William Johnson team had the opportunity to visit Bangladesh Petroleum Exploration and Production Company Limited (BAPEX).
BAPEX, as the exploration and production company under Petrobangla, has been driving Bangladesh’s energy development for decades — discovering and managing important gas fields such as Srikail, Shahbazpur, Begumganj, Bhola North-1, and Sunetra. Their role is central to the country’s energy security and sustainable growth.
Our meeting with the BAPEX leadership was an important step towards exploring new ways we can work together. By combining our expertise with their deep local knowledge, we believe there is strong potential to bring innovative solutions to Bangladesh’s exploration and production sector.
We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and openness from the BAPEX delegation, and we are confident that this dialogue marks the beginning of meaningful cooperation.
